Delivery and Returns

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days using USPS Priority.
Flat rate $6.99 for shipments, with orders over $75 receiving free shipping. You will receive an email with tracking information once the order is processed.
Returns and Exchanges:
Returns are handled on a case by case basis with the objective of making our customers happy and treating them fairly. We stand behind our products and want customers to be satisfied with them. We want you to love your order and the experience! But in case it just doesn’t work this time, please read below for additional information on returns.
  • Items purchased online are accepted for a refund or store credit within 5 days from arrival on regular priced items. Items must be in original, unused condition with original tags or seals attached. They can be shipped back to our store at customer expense to be processed for a refund. 
  • Items purchased in-store are accepted for a possible refund or store credit within 5 days of purchase and must be in original, unused condition with original tags or seals attached. 
  • You may bring your online purchase to our store for a refund within the same time period. Or you can opt for in-store credit or exchange. Credit will be issued as in-store credit in the form of a gift card. This gift card can be used in store or online.  
  • If any promos or discounts were used on your returnable merchandise, the promo and/or discount will be forfeited and may not be reused.
  • Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of the return arriving. You will be notified via e-mail that your refund has been issued.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are only issued to the original payment method, or as an in-store credit in the form of a gift card if requested. Refunds are not credited until returned merchandise has been received and inspected for eligibility.  
I am sorry to say we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. If this should happen, please contact USPS with your tracking number to resolve the issue.
We ship our items with care, but we know things can happen in transit. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received damaged merchandise please email us with pictures within 3 days of receipt and we can discuss replacement or refund.
