GladRags Cloth Pads
GladRags Cloth Pads are made in Portland, OR with soft cotton flannel on the outside and absorbent cotton terrycloth on the inside. Comfortable, easy to wash, good for the environment, and will save you money, too! Soft and breathable, you'll never suffer through the chafing and irritation of disposable pads again. All pads come in colorful cotton prints - the surprise is half the fun! :)
Day Pads have a unique three-part design which allows you to customize the pad according to your flow. Choose one or two absorbent inserts to place inside the envelope-style holder, or use the holder alone for an ultra-slim liner! The Day Pad is equivalent to a standard-size maxi pad. Includes 1 holder + 2 inserts.
Day Pad Plus features additional length for an extended coverage area. The extra-coverage Day Pad Plus has the same three-part design as the classic Day Pad, which allows you to customize the pad according to your flow. Choose one or both absorbent inserts to place inside the envelope-style holder, or wear just the holder for a super thin liner! Includes 1 holder + 2 inserts.
3-Pack Pantyliners : Slim and absorbent, the one-piece GladRags Pantyliner is perfect for light everyday protection or as backup for your menstrual cup. The Pantyliner is equivalent to a small disposable pantyliner.
Night Pads are longer and wider to provide more coverage while you sleep. In addition to extra coverage, the night holder contains a layer of ultra-absorbent terry cloth. Customize your absorbency by adding inserts to the pocket on the holder. The Night Pad can also be used as a postpartum pad or for heavy flow during the day. Includes 1 holder + 2 inserts.
Cleaning : Avoid using detergents that include fabric softeners or whiteners as these can inhibit the absorbency of your cloth pads. We do not recommend the use of castille soap, facial soap, or other soaps not intended for textile laundering. Excess detergent may lead to build up, which can limit the absorbency of your cloth pads.
A note about staining: Soaking your GladRags in cold water or pre-treating with an enzymatic cleanser immediately after using are two simple ways to prevent staining. However, light staining does not indicate that your laundered cloth pads are not clean or sanitary!
